Lizzie Bentley Bowers and Caroline Hall
Caroline and Lizzie are both parents. Caroline to nineteen year old twins and a seven year old. Lizzie to a twenty month old.
Lizzie Bentley Bowers taught English and Drama in Secondary schools for 11 years, 9 of them in a challenging London Comprehensive, culminating in a Senior Management role with particular responsibility for behaviour and student support.
After taking maternity leave, Lizzie trained as a coach in order to develop her ability to listen, reflect and feedback and is now as passionate about coaching as she is about young people, their families and their futures.
Lizzie works as a coach and also combines both her education and coaching expertise in offering behaviour management consultancy and support to schools.
Caroline Hall is a coach, theatre director and script editor. At the heart of her work is a belief that people are at their best when they feel comfortable in their own skin. Her approach combines instinctive, creative thinking with rigour and compassion.
Caroline’s experience includes:
- Coach to business people, working one-to-one or in group settings
- Theatre director at The Royal Court, Scottish Opera, Opera North, Royal Lyceum, Edinburgh and The Tron Theatre, Glasgow
- Series script editor for EastEnders (including two BAFTA winning episodes)
- Script and development consultant on Holby City

Caroline and Lizzie are members of the International Coach Federation.
