Know yourself. Know what your choices are.

It's 11am and you're sipping that longed-for quiet cup of coffee. Miraculously, the kitchen is tidy. What's more, there are no toys on the floor waiting to trip you up. There is nothing you need to do. If only it felt good. Your youngest started school this morning without so much as a second glance. There are no more excuses. What are you going to do with the rest of your life...

It's 9pm on Saturday night and you're a prisoner in your own bedroom. Your fourteen year old daughter has taken over the kitchen. Her mates all stop talking when you walk in. Your seventeen year old son is in residence in the living room with his X-box cronies...they're going for an all-nighter. Keeping you company is the phone bill. You're too scared to open it...

At a Coaching Parents workshop we will help you to:

  • Pause
  • Step back
  • Understand what it is that you want
  • Work out how to move forward.

Being in a group with other parents means you also benefit from the sharing of common ground, laughter, ideas and encouragement.

We bring our workshops to you in your home. If you're interested in hosting you'll need to get a group of between 6 and 10 together. You get a free place as host. If you want to host a workshop and don't have that many people, let us know.

A typical workshop lasts two hours and includes individual reflection as well as group discussion.  Some of our workshops are one offs, for example 'Improving your relationship with time'.  Some, like 'Relationships - We've had a baby, who are we now?' dig a little deeper and work best as a series of three.
